Continuous Improvement

​At a UK Government Whitehall department, applying Agile and Continuous Improvement with Emotionally Intelligent Leadership to various projects, Alistair was able to:

  • Reduce the time on a month-end accounting process from 6 days to 3 hours. Saving 72 days annually.
  • Implement an Innovation Group which was able to generate up to 40 new ideas in a one-hour session.
